Movie opens with Pothu raju scene where Power star arms Pothuraju statue with “Kathi”
followed by the song Raakshasa Raajyam. The song was shot good and got a good response from the audience. Later Annavaram finds a nice city person (Siva Balaji) who runs a canteen in a college to her sister. The marriage sequences a bit emotional as well as sentimental. It will not take so much time for Annavaram to find that the city life is totally different and the city is rules by the crooks.

He saw Tapas Balu (Ashish vidyardhi) try to punish a reporter and Deekshitulu, an old man who has been beaten by Ganga (Main villain’s) people.
He was afraid his sister will not be happy in that environment. But his brother in law convinces him. The dialogs are good in these scenes. Once Annavaram gone back to village, his brother in law has been beaten and warned by Gutka pandu. In the mean time Venu madhv gets dubai visa.However he don’t want to leave Annavaram but later convinced by Annavaram. They come to city with out informing sister. All the family members visit Golconda fort where Ganga and his people looking to kill a reporter. Venu madhav interferes in that and gets killed. The following scenes are emotional and make Annavaram to think about the future of the sister. Before the interval, Annavaram don’t let his sister and borther in law to go city. The interval bangs when Annavaram alone enters into the city with a strong determination – he wants to clean the city before his sister comes back.

Second half starts with Annavaram killing 21 people including a corrupted cop and warns the ACP (Nagababu) that he will kill the rest of the crooks. He lets his friend (Brahmaji) know that he killed those people and also challenge Brahmaji that if has real guts then arrest all the rowdy sheeters. In doing so, Brahmaji lost his son and realizes that the way Annavaram is absolutely correct instead of his way. He starts supporting Annavaram and gives all the information about the local goondas. Annavaram finally ends up with three people – Tapas balu, Gutkha pandu and Ganga (The main villian). He let them all know about their deaths. He first kills Taps balu. The actions sequences are shot in a work shop and are really excellent. Then he kills Gutka pandu, who is brother of Giri. Pandu hides at minister’s (Dharmavarapu)home and minister asks police protection for himself. However Annavaram came to know from his friend that Pandu is hiding at misters home and kills him. This leads to a small clash between minister and Ganga Finally Annavaram challenges Giri that he is going to kill him on Dec 31st. Giri ask the rest of the crooks to assemble at his house and waits for Annavaram. But Annavaram takes the advantage of the small clash between Ganga and minister and let the police troops come to Ganga’s house and let the police and crooks fight. After that he kills Ganga exactly at 12:00.

Powerstart first time in his career performing an emotional character with very powerful dialogs like – “Sankham poorincha .. Samaram Jaragalsinde” – “Idi raastra raajadhaani kanee rowdy gallaki addakaadu” and much more. Sandhya and Balaji did their roles well. Brahmaji who played as a friend performed well in his sequences. Nagababu Who played as an ACP well done with emotional dialogs. Asin played a decent role with telangana accent. MS Narayana and Venu Madhav comedy was good.

The dialogs from Abburi Ravi are excellent and background score is quite good.

All songs are good – One can’t believe that Neevalle song was totally shot at Vikarabad forest. It looks like somewhere in texas and theme of the song is martial arts and western.
Mehabooba songs is also excellent and was shot in a quite diffent way. Powerstar appears in dual role in this song. Choreography is good for Lucia song.
